How to redesign and rebuild the urban edges along Baltimore's Amtrack line into linear urban gardens and farms, with newly located farmers markets adjacent to them, including markets in neighborhoods and downtown. Farmers Markets would tie into art fairs weekly. The University of Maryland's Agriculture School would be a research participant, as would the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
