I will explain why Baltimore City needs a Mayor who is Pro-Business is also aware how important social liberal policies make a stronger community. I will explain why Baltimore is caught in a funk because it is top heavy with Government types who lack creative thinking. Business creates the wealth that fuels Government - its time for Baltimore to realize it's total ability.
