Wake Up & Feel Your Ego: Awareness is Freedom
We live in a ridiculously stressed out society that is almost entirely run by emotion. We all "know" this on some level, and we all want to slow down and improve our well being, yet we can never seem to break free.
Why?
The truth is that when it comes to understanding and managing our emotions, most of us are just plain ignorant. We simply do not understand, from an emotional and brain perspective, why we do the things we do, so we continue to the ignore the truth that we are literally asleep at the wheel most of the time.
We are not nearly as AWARE of our emotions as we'd like to believe, which are at the very core of every single stress producing pattern of thought and behavior known to man.
The truth is that "experience without knowledge is ignorance" (Joe Dispenza). How can we possibly begin to make meaningful change in our lives without truly understanding the driving force behind our thinking and behavior? It's like trying to complete a 1000 piece puzzle with no picture. We have no frame of reference, so we run around like chickens with their heads cut off.
Wake Up and Feel Your Ego: Awareness is Freedom is the picture of the puzzle. It lays out the nuts & bolts of the science behind emotion, the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Awareness; explains how it relates to practical spirituality, and provides "The Formula," a simple tool that can be used for immediate implementation.
The audience will leave inspired to Wake Up and Feel Their Egos' which is truly the foundation for more personal freedom and a dramatically improved well-being.
