Before moving to Baltimore in 2007, I was the resident "tea expert" and customer service lead for Adagio Teas (www.adagio.com), the country's largest Internet tea company. My tea obsession started during a trip to England in 1993, where I experienced what a large mug of PG Tips with milk and sugar can do for a cold and rainy morning. 2009-03-11T16:51:42Z Tea is the world's second most consumed beverage, trumped only by water. So it must be pretty good. But many people find the idea of drinking whole leaf tea to be completely intimidating and not worth the effort.
